Welcome to the suite of SolidWorks Video Tutorials developed to assist you in learning how to correctly and efficiently use the SolidWorks Parametric Solid Modeller.
SolidWorks may be described as a parametric, feature-based, solid and surface modelling design tool.The developed video tutorials demonstrate the correct principles and concepts of parametric modelling with SolidWorks especially capturing the correct design intent which is of paramount importance in Parametric Modelling.
On the left is the Navigation Menu showing the main areas covered, and also the Lessons and Sub-Lessons contained within each area. In general the sequencing of the SolidWorks Video Lessons are from 'Beginners' at the Top of the Menu to 'Advanced' towards the Bottom.
Viewing the SolidWorks Video Tutorials
The videos have been created as Adobe Flash output (SWF) files using a dimension setting of 1024 x 768. Therefore to avoid unnecessary scrolling the videos are probably best viewed with a monitor resolution setting of 1280 x 1024.
