Drawing Templates and Sheet Formats

1	Introduction to Drawing Templates After successfully completing this lesson you will be able to: Understand the difference between Edit Sheet and Edit Sheet Format. Insert an Image logo file and a 1st angle projection block from the samples folder into a Sheet Format. Create Special and Custom Properties in your Sheet Format. Save a basic customised drawing template file (*.drwdot).
2	Creating Customised Drawing Templates and Sheet Formats After successfully completing this lesson you will be able to: Create a complete customised drawing template (*.drwdot) and sheet format (*.slddrt) for A4 landscape and A4 portrait sheets. Save a 1st angle projection block to file. Create a new drawing file based on your templates.
3	Creating Templates and Sheet Formats from an Existing Drawing After successfully completing this lesson you will be able to: Quickly create customised drawing templates (*.drwdot) and sheet formats (*.slddrt) from an existing drawing. Create a new drawing file based on your templates.
