Research Interests

Darina’s current research projects are concerned with learning analytics, content analysis, flipped classrooms, online learning/ e-learning, and virtual teams. She is also interested in online collaboration, instructional design, continuing professional deelopment for online teachers, and technical communication.

She is leading activities a workpackage in the EUCERMAT Erasmus+ project (2015-2018), where she delivers e-learning training to academic staff in five EU institutions, undertakes research on best practice in online delivery, coordinates blended mobility activities, and facilitates the online delivery of teaching units.
